MLK Community Plan

The MLK Plan was adopted by Chattanooga City Council on February 10, 2009.

The Plan is a guide, or general roadmap, for new development. It is not meant to provide a strict formula for what must occur on a specific block or piece of property, but rather a general recommendation for the character and type of development that would be suitable for the general area. While the Plan suggests some zoning changes and capital improvements, no zoning changes or funding for capital projects will automatically take place when the Plan is adopted.
