About Development Services

The Development Services division of the Regional Planning Agency oversees the zoning application and subdivision review processes for Chattanooga and Hamilton County. Staff also provides support to Soddy-Daisy, Signal Mountain, and Red Bank Planning Commissions for their zoning and/or subdivision reviews.
